Q: Can I see real pictures of the products?

A: All the products are same as the pictures on our website and we will offer you bulk photo before shipment so that you can confirm we send you right products.

Q: What is the material for the products?  What about package and Tag?

A: All the products on our website are replicas.

T-shirt, shirt, hoodies, underwear, bed sets, and trousers are made of 100% cotton, AAA quality.   Other clothes are made of good quality but all made in china.Price is higher,quality is better。

Package:

All the clothes come with original packages with each in a PP bag and same tags, labels. Shoes; AAA shoes and CL shoes are made of real leather quality, with original package.

We have 2 kinds of quality for our bags, wallets and belts:

1.leather PU quality(fake leather, the products name has no “5A” on our website). Same design as the original ones,It comes with dust bag, without serial number & certificate.

2.100% real leather quality or the special material for the brand bags /belts / wallets, but the material is made in china. We called them AAA bags /belts / wallets on our website.The products name contains “AAA” which are all AAA quality bags /belts / wallets, It comes with original package, such as serial number, dust bag and certificate. It looks like original ones but the material itself can’t meet the quality standard of original bags /belts / wallets.

3.By the way, the LV and Gucci bags, we also have 1:1 quality. it is 100% same material as the original bags, It comes with serial number, dust bag and certificate as same as the original bags. It looks like original ones, and its material are 100% can meet the quality standard of original bags. Price will be more expensive than our 5A bags

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: We do retail and wholesale business.we would like you check quality first,even 1 piece is ok to buy.

Q: Can you ship the package as gift?

A:  Yes, we can write “Gift” on the package box and write very low goods value (normally 15USD to 25USD) ,When you receive the package, the customs fee will be very low. We can do the declared goods value as your requirement.

Q: If I make a wholesale order, can your company give me the cheaper price & any discount?

A: The prices on our website are the retail prices. Of course,we give you the discount upon your order quantity,the more quantity you order, the more discounts you will get.

Q: Can I mix the order items with different colors and sizes?

A: Yes, you can mix different models and colors and size for your order.

Q: How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on weight,volume and shipping way.

Different shipping way and weight /volume,different shipping cost.You can add goods in your shopping cart to check.

Q: How can I know my order status?

A: Once we send out the packages, we will email your tracking number with which you can check your order online We will keep tracking it until you receive it.

Q: Will I receive the same one as your pictures?

A: You will get exactly what you see in our pictures.

Q: If you don’t have the products I am looking for, can I order it from you?

A: Yes. Please send us a picture of the product you are looking for and we will contact the factory to source it for you. Whether we get or not, we will inform you in time.

Q: What is the return policy or compensation policy?

  1. If customers received defective products, we will offer credits if customers provide real photo of defects and return the goods. We will return credits or reship the correct products after customers return items back。
  1. We refund on products that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you ONLY.
  1. Some unacceptable reasons for exchange and return are: I don’t like the products, I do not want to keep the product anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of product are darker or lighter than pictured, shipping defect.
  1. Acceptable Reasons for exchange and return: Wrong products or size sent, apparent and serious factory defects on products. Customers are responsible for the shipping of sending back. We are responsible for reshipping.
  1. If your products are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us. We are responsible for the shipping of resending.
